Do I need to know exactly what to hire you for?
No. Explain your situation in your own words. Our initial conversation helps identify what needs to be addressed and which services may be useful.
Do you build websites and manage social media?
Yes. We build websites and online stores, and offer social media planning, content production and management. You can hire a specific service or combine several.
Do you manage paid advertising?
We do not offer media buying or paid advertising management. We can develop campaign strategy, content, creative assets and landing pages for use by your business or advertising provider.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on scope, complexity, formats and the level of support required. After understanding your needs, we provide a proposal with clear deliverables, terms and responsibilities.
Is training delivered on-site or online?
Both formats are available. The programme is tailored to your team and can include practical activities, materials, a participation certificate and follow-up support under the agreed terms.
Do you work with clients outside Ribeirão Preto?
Yes. We work remotely with businesses and experts in Brazil and abroad, in Portuguese and English. On-site work depends on location, availability and project arrangements.
Will my website rank first on Google or appear in AI answers?
Rankings and recommendations cannot be guaranteed. We prepare the website’s structure and content for search discovery. Visibility also depends on competition, relevance, reputation and how the site develops over time.
Do you provide support after delivery?
When it is included in the engagement. Maintenance, ongoing production, community management, reporting and improvements are defined in the scope according to the service and your needs.
How are timelines defined?
Timing depends on scope, information availability and approval stages. The proposal sets out the expected schedule and what needs to happen for it to be met.
Can I combine services?
Yes. A project can connect brand, website, content, video, campaigns or training when useful. The different areas are organised into stages and priorities.
Do you work on site?
Meetings and on-site work can be arranged in Ribeirão Preto and within roughly 100 km. Remote projects are available throughout Brazil and internationally.
Who works on the project?
Direction and client communication are led by Allian. When the scope requires complementary skills, specialist professionals may join the project.
